We are located in North Carolina, California, Colorado, Georgia, Barcelona, and Latvia.

 The design of your website is very eye catching and attractive. Is it custom built or is it based on a template?

To make sure that our customers love our online service we have designed our website from the scratch. We have put on a lot of effort and hardwork to make it attractive. It runs entirely on Shopify. To provide a quality experience we have put a lot of thought and time.

 Do you work outside of your company? What if I want to hire to for my personal work like custom design or development work?

Our team at Be Better Fam is always occupied to make sure that we provide quality work to our customers. This whole process keeps us so busy that we don't have time for outside projects. Customer satisfaction is our only priority. So, sadly it's a no.>

 Where are your products made?

The majority of our products are made in the North Carolina, California, Colorado, Georgia, Barcelona, and Latvia.

 What type of material, printing process is used on your products?

We use pre-shrunk soft cotton while heather colours are combination of cotton and polyester, we also use tri-blend.

 What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover or direct payments through PayPal or ApplePay.

 Do you sell Gift Cards?

Yes, we sell gift cards. Gift cards have additional processing fees. Gift cards can be purchased here. After purchasing gift cards are delivered by email and contains detailed instructions on how to redeem them at checkout.

 Where do you ship to?

We ship to almost every country in the world. The only countries we don't currently ship to are (Belarus, Burundi, Central African Republic, Cuba, Crimea, Iran, Libya, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Zimbabwe).

 Where do you ship from?

All products are shipped from one of our warehouses in North Carolina, California, Colorado, Georgia, Barcelona, and Latvia.

 Are all items from you store shipped and delivered at the same time?

There are some products that we'll ship separately due to packaging differences.

 What does shipping cost?

We offer Free Shipping on orders over $99 (Canada, USA only). Shipping is calculated at checkout based on location. Just add the items to your cart and select your country from the list to get a shipping price.

 What if I live outside USA and order a product from Be Better Fam. Are there any additional charges like custom fees or import taxes?

Most likely every country has different regulations on how they handle imported goods. We recommended you visit this Duty Calculator to get an estimate of what you will be charged when the package arrives. We do not pre-pay or cover any import fees.

 Can I track my order?

We typically ship orders in 2-7 business days after they are placed. When your order ships, you will receive an email tracking number. If you have any questions about your order, email info@bebetterfam.com.

 I love you messages. Where do you source your messages from?

 What If i want a custom design like quotes etc. on my t-shirts. Will you make it?

We are very sadden to tell you that we do not print custom designs like quotes etc.

Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects.

The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 2 months of noticing any defects.

It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.

An extended warranty can be added to your products for an additional cost.

Returns & Refunds
